After the first application of this amazing floor wax you simply wash the floor with a mild detergent when the floor is soiled and the gloss remains. When floor becomes dulled due to traffic wear, it is not necessary to remove the previous film of wax. Simply wash to remove soil, rinse and then re-wax the existing wax film to renew that brilliant luster. Remove wax once a year if necessary.
