This trim prevents carpet edges from fraying and vinyl floor seams from curling, creating a smooth and safe transition in high-traffic areas like doorways and room entryways. It measures 2 inches wide by 36 inches long and is 0.38 inches thick, featuring a matte black finish. Installation is facilitated by included 1-1/4 inch, 13-gauge screw nails for wood floors; for concrete floors, wood pegs are required and sold separately. The strip can be cut to a desired length.
