CRL Heated Air Curtain 6.1 KW is specially designed that offers forced Air that keeps Out Insects, Dust, and Car Exhaust Fumes. It provides great protection from insect and dust without disturbing customers or employees. It features rust proof blower wheels that are dynamically balanced for a smooth and noise free operation. It is engineered to meet all legal requirements. It is ideally used for quick service drive-thru restaurants, dairy and ice cream stores, hamburger stands, and other businesses with serving windows, such as banks, dry cleaners, and pharmacies. CRL Heated Air Curtain 6.1 KW offers Continuous duty, direct drive, variable speed, double shaft motor with automatic thermal overload protection. Overload protects motor from burnout, minimizing maintenance costs. Motor connected with an 8' (2.4 m) three conductor cord and plug. Air directional vanes, with 40" (1016 mm) sweep front to back, compensates for drafts. Mounted adjustable speed controller knob allows air velocity to meet a wide range of field conditions. All units have a self-contained, one-piece cabinet, fire retardant and corrosion proof paint, double protected with Obsidian Black rust preventative electrostatic powdercoating.it cab be mounted inside or outside the exterior wall. Mounting holes on brackets simplify installation. Standard models operate on 115V AC. Important notes: In many cases local Health Departments are requiring quick service restaurants to have air curtains, or "fly fans" as they have become known in the industry, above each service window opening. CRL now offers an optional integrated micro-switch concealed in the window, which will automatically turn the air curtain on as the window opens and off as the window closes. Compact and convenient, CRL Mars® Service Window Air Curtains create an advanced air barrier to insects, dust, and fumes without disturbing customers or employees. Designed for quick service drive-thru restaurants, dairy and ice cream stores, hamburger stands, and other businesses with serving windows, such as banks, dry cleaners, and pharmacies. The CRLLPV25 and CRLELPV25 provide an unobstructed view while maintaining clean, sanitary conditions. No remodeling or expensive installation is needed for these versatile air curtains, which mount inside or outside the exterior wall. Mounting holes on brackets simplify installation. Operates on 208V AC.
