Product Overview
Pickle Packer has been specifically designed for small-batch fermentation of vegetables. Flat ends are intended for pounding vegetables to break down their cell walls. All natural untreated acacia wood is finished with a food-safe mineral oil to seal and protect. 10 in. tall, 2.5 in. at the wide end and 2 in. at the opposite end allows both ends to be used for packing vegetables for ferments.
