Product Overview
A versatile moisture-curing high-performance polyurethane sealant with permanent elasticity (Formerly: Sonolastic NP 1). For use on active, vertical and horizontal interior, exterior joints including expansion wall joints, floor and pavement joints, curtain walls, panel walls, precast walls, window frames, structural components, dams, spillways, and storm water drains. Substrates include concrete, masonry, aluminum, and wood. Bonds to concrete, masonry, and other materials without a primer. Does not require mixing. Skins overnight and fully cures within a week. Dries smooth and is paintable. Under ideal conditions: Skins over (24 hrs), Functional (3 days), Full Cure (5-7 days). Does not contain a fungicide, but does not generally harbor mold/mildew growth. Longevity: Up to 15 years. Meets federal specifications TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A; ASTM-C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25 - use NT, M, A, G, and I; Corps of Engineers CRD-D-541, Type II, Class A; and ISO 11600-F-25LM. USDA approved for use in meat and poultry areas. Canadian approval for use in establishments that handle food. SWRI validated. Joint movement capability +/- 35%. 10.1 Oz tube. Shelf life: 12 months.
