Product Overview
The Mass GI is an isolation transformer, based on switch mode technology, providing you with separation between AC shorepower and the boat's onboard AC electrical system. Preventing galvanic corrosion in your vessel's metal underwater gear, hull or other electrically-connected parts is critically important to prevent expensive damage. If you travel to harbors with questionable shorepower systems, or if neighboring boats may be transmitting stray current, galvanic isolation is necessary.
