The Midland Industries 62670B is a 1/8 inch Nominal Pipe Size (NPS) square head pipe plug, manufactured from Type 304 stainless steel. This fitting is designed to close off the end of a threaded pipe or fitting, featuring Male National Pipe Taper (MNPT) threads that conform to ASME B1.20.1 standards, ensuring a pressure-tight seal. Rated as 150 Class, it is suitable for low-pressure applications, offering a maximum working pressure of up to 300 psi at 72°F (22°C) and 150 psi for steam at 366°F (185°C). The square head allows for easy installation and removal with a wrench. Type 304 stainless steel provides good corrosion resistance.
