The Kampel ColorFlex (CF8000 Series) Acrylic Latex Caulk with Silicone, MPN CF8028, is a water-based sealant designed for interior applications where flexibility is needed. It is suitable for filling gaps and sealing joints where components meet walls, floors, cabinets, tiles, high-pressure laminates, and other decorative surfaces. This caulk, supplied in a 4 oz squeeze tube in a Pebble color, dries to a matte finish and can be safely painted over once cured. It provides approximately 10 feet of coverage with a 1/4 inch bead, with recommended bead sizes ranging from 3/16 inch to 3/8 inch. ColorFlex exhibits approximately 25% shrinkage upon cure and is stable for up to three freeze/thaw cycles. It is not recommended for outdoor use or prolonged water submersion, as it can fade and is not intended for regular water contact. Shelf life is typically 12 to 18 months from the date of manufacture.
