The Mintcraft FDW6367-U is a blue, self-adhesive fiberglass mesh drywall joint tape, part of the Adfors FibaTape series. This tape measures 2-1/2 inches (6.35 cm) in width and 300 feet (91.44 meters) in length. It is specifically designed for reinforcing joints and corners in gypsum drywall and veneer plaster systems. The self-adhesive, open-mesh fiberglass construction eliminates the need for a bedding coat and helps prevent blisters and bubbles commonly associated with traditional paper tapes. It offers increased joint strength and resists stretching, wrinkling, and tearing. Its mold and moisture-resistant properties make it suitable for use in damp environments. This tape works best when embedded with setting-type joint compounds.
