Highly Concentrated Pigment technology. Won't track indoors once dry. Perfect for drought areas. Use in drought areas to extend lawn appearance and as a replacement to overseeding on dormant lawns. Can be applied with a regular hand-held pump-up sprayer. Adjust the rate of application to achieve the desired color. Once dried, it won't track back into the house when someone walks across it. Can also be used as a spot treatment to touch up dry spots or dead spots resulting from pet urine.
