This Mosack Group Inc. ABTSLC34, an Apollo Blue Twister 3/4" telescoping polyethylene insert repair coupling, is engineered for mending IPS-sized polyethylene (PE) pipes. Constructed from polypropylene, this coupling is blue and features a telescoping design, allowing it to extend from 5.5 inches to 7 inches for flexible installations. It is primarily used to repair damaged sections in cold-water pressure systems, such as irrigation and other potable water applications. Installation involves removing a 4-inch section of the damaged pipe, sliding on pinch clamps, inserting the fitting, and securing it with the clamps. This insert-style coupling creates a secure, leak-resistant connection in 3/4-inch nominal pipe size systems.
