The Mosack Group FPHMS12 is a telescoping frost-free wall hydrant designed to provide outdoor water access while protecting against freezing and backflow. Constructed from chrome-plated brass, this hydrant features a patented telescoping mechanism that allows for adjustable installation depths ranging from 7 to 12 inches. It incorporates a 1/2 inch solder inlet for connection to the water supply and a Male Hose Thread (MHT) outlet, typically 3/4 inch Garden Hose Thread, for attaching standard garden hoses. The anti-siphon design helps prevent contamination of potable water systems. This hydrant is intended for use in residential and commercial irrigation and outdoor watering applications, with a recommendation to remove hoses during freezing conditions and avoid continuous use for more than 12 hours.
