The Mr. Chain 71103-6 Medium Duty Stanchion Kit provides a portable and visible barrier system for crowd control and traffic direction in various indoor and outdoor environments. This kit includes six 40-inch tall stanchions and 50 feet of 2-inch plastic chain. Each stanchion is constructed from lightweight yet durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and brittleness, ensuring a long service life. The stanchion poles measure 2.5 inches in diameter, and the bases have a 14-inch diameter. Designed with hollow bases, these stanchions can be filled with sand or gravel for enhanced stability. Two C-hooks are integrated at the top of each stanchion for easy chain attachment. This barrier post kit is suitable for applications such as school zones, parking lots, festivals, and construction sites.
