ANSI Grade 1 Heavy Duty Wide Escutcheon Mortise Lock, Single Cylinder Deadlock, SFIC Prep, Less Core, Satin Chrome
The MS series Mortise Lock is BHMA A156.13-2012 certified Grade 1, and UL 10C 3-hour rated. The "W" Escutcheon is 8- 5/32" in height and 2-41/64" in width. It's specially designed to cover extra holes of exiting door prep. Both clutched and non-clutched mortise chassis are available. 8 commercial lever and knob in 8 BHMA finishes to select from.
Ideal for high-traffic applications like office buildings, schools and industrial areas.
