The Sanco Mulch Worx Mulch Dye Concentrate, model 60009, is a liquid pigment formulated to restore and enhance the appearance of faded mulch. This black, water-based concentrate is composed of Carbon Black Ammonium Salt of Modified Acrylic Copolymer, providing a pure midnight black finish. One quart is designed to treat approximately 2800 square feet, depending on desired color intensity and mulch porosity. It is applied by diluting 2 to 5 ounces of concentrate per gallon of water and spraying with a pump-type sprayer, with 2-3 coats recommended for optimal results. The product is non-hazardous, environmentally friendly, and safe for use around plants, pets, and humans. Overspray should be rinsed from undesired areas promptly before drying.
