The NABCO PAPE0404 3/4 inch Plastic PEX Crimp Elbow is designed to alter the direction of flow within PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) plumbing systems. Manufactured from plastic, commonly a polymer like polysulfone (PPSU), this fitting features crimp connections on both ends, facilitating secure and leak-resistant joints with PEX tubing, including PEX-A, PEX-B, and PEX-C types. PEX fittings are resistant to corrosive water conditions and various chemicals, making them suitable for installations where copper piping may be restricted by local codes or susceptible to corrosion. This elbow is tested and certified by NSF International, confirming its suitability for potable water applications. It is corrosion-resistant and durable, typically rated to withstand pressures up to 160 PSI at 73.4°F and 80 PSI at 200°F, depending on specific system parameter
