Product Overview
The National Diversified Sales (NDS) 243-AST channel grate is a 2-foot black structural foam polyolefin component designed for surface water drainage systems, specifically compatible with the NDS Spee-D channel system. This grate contains UV inhibitors to resist fading and cracking from sun exposure. It measures 24 inches long, approximately 4-1/8 inches wide, and 3/4 inch high. The grate features openings of 3/8 x 3-1/4 inches, providing an open surface area of 19.3 square inches per linear foot. It has an NDS Class B load rating, supporting up to 175 PSI, making it suitable for residential, light commercial, and light vehicular traffic. The grate is ADA compliant and heel-proof. Installation requires four screws per grate, which are sold separately.
