Product Overview
This National Diversified Sales Inc. (NDS) CPC-4000 PVC compression coupling is designed to create a leak-resistant connection between two sections of 4-inch Iron Pipe Size (IPS) PVC pipe without requiring primers or solvent cement. It is constructed from PVC Type I material and features a Santoprene gasket, a thermoplastic elastomer known for its sealing properties and resistance to chemicals and oils. The coupling is rated for a static pressure of 150 PSI at 72°F (22°C) and is molded in the USA. It is suitable for a variety of applications including pool and spa, irrigation, and general plumbing systems. The NDS CPC-4000 meets or exceeds ASTM D-1784 and ASTM D-2000 standards, is IAPMO (UPC) listed, and NSF Standard 61 listed for potable water application
