Product Overview
Noritz is proud to offer commercial clients an ASME-certified tankless water heater. The NC380 has a maximum flow rate of 13.2 GPM, and an 84% thermal efficiency. It features an optional multi-system capability, which can link up to 24 units and increase the BTU input to as much as 9.1 million BTUh. Its single vent system allows stainless steel single-wall venting to be installed. This 380,000 BTU propane unit heats water up to 180°F, helping you meet your commercial hot water needs.
- Available in standard power vent model that requires 5 in. category 3 stainless steel pipe
- Tankless unit is for commercial installations only
- Heat exchanger is manufactured with commercial grade copper, 25% thicker piping than standard models
- Can be mounted indoors or installed outdoors using the optional vent cap (VC-6), sold separately
- Gas consumption ranges from 22,500 BTUh to 380,000 BTUh
- 5-years limited warranty on the heat exchanger and parts, 1 year labor warranty
- BTU input can range from 22,500 to 9.1 million BTUh (for 24-units multi-system)
