An innovative ceramic alumina abrasive grain provides 50 to 200% longer product life than other flap discs when used on hard to grind materials such as stainless steel, cobalt and titanium. Flexible, high strength plastic backing plates help absorb vibrations for ergonomically friendly use, especially on smaller machines. Polyester Y weight flaps provide excellent fray-resistance and grain retention, as well as cool and fast cutting.
