Product Overview
The NSi Industries GRP-18500 PowerGRP cable tie is designed for securing and bundling wires, cables, and harness components in general-purpose, industrial, and plenum spaces. Constructed from UV-stabilized Polyamide 6/6 Nylon, these ties are weather-resistant and suitable for continuous outdoor exposure, offering enhanced durability against ultraviolet light. Each black cable tie measures 18 inches long with a 0.187-inch width and 0.06-inch thickness. They feature a 50 lb (222N) tensile strength and can accommodate bundle diameters between 0.12 inches (3mm) and 4.57 inches (116mm), with a maximum bundle diameter of 5 inches. The self-locking design includes a traditional serrated locking mechanism and a bent tip for easy insertion. They are UL Type 21S AH-2 rated and meet UL 94V-2 flammability classification, with a working temperature range of -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C).
