No possibility of door sag since entire weight of door rests on floor mounted pivot. Durable, all weather proof acrylic coating protects pivot from deterioration. Top portion has spring loaded hardened pin for easy assembly. When door is in locked position, these pivots are completely burglarproof. Easily installed or removed from door in only a few seconds.
