Product Overview
Medium-bodied blue PVC cement in a 32 oz can, designed for bonding flexible and rigid PVC pipe and fittings up to 6" in pool and spa systems. Fast-setting "hot" formula works in wet conditions, meets ASTM D2564 and NSF/ANSI 61 standards, ensures strong, leak-free joints for pressure pipes and DWV applications.Compatible with all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 6" diameter with interference fit, per Oatey specs.Features a viscosity of min. 500 cps at 73 degreeF, cures in 2-4 hours at 40 degreeF-110 degreeF, 3-year shelf life from manufacture date.Applies without primer where codes allow, sets in 15 seconds, supports 180 psi after 24 hours, per Oatey documentation.Speeds up installs with rapid bonding strength, delivering durable joints that keep client pools leak-free with ease.
