Keep grass out of your garden with Ortho Grass Killer for Gardens. This grassy weed control product kills weedy grasses without injuring ornamental plants (won't harm listed plants when used as directed). In addition, it won't harm listed landscape plants (when used as directed). This selective systemic grass killer can be used to kill existing weedy grasses in and around listed ground covers, flowers, ornamentals, low-growing shrubs, tall shrubs, shade trees, and non-bearing tree crops and vines. Use this garden grass weed control product anytime of year when weeds are actively growing and during warm, sunny weather for best results. Do not apply if rainfall is expected soon after application. To apply, hold the sprayer close to the weed (1 to 2 ft.) with spray nozzle aimed at weed and away from face and just wet foliage. If product accidently contacts foliage of unlisted desirable plants, immediately wash off with water. Make two applications 7 days apart for tough to control weedy grasses such as established bermudagrass, crabgrass, and quackgrass.
