The 72" Saddle Threshold is a symmetrical threshold designed for use under architectural doors. Constructed from 6063-T6 aluminum alloy, this threshold provides a stable transition between floor surfaces. It measures 4" in width and 1/4" in height, offering a low-profile design that is barrier-free. This threshold is fire-rated per UL10C and meets ANSI/BHMA A156.21 standards. It is also tested for slip resistance according to ASTM D 2047 and UL 410. The threshold is suitable for both commercial and residential door hardware applications.
