Product Overview
The Penofin Exotic Hardwood Oil Finish (MPN: F5XHTGA) is a penetrating, oil-based wood treatment formulated for dense, exterior exotic hardwoods. It deeply nourishes and stabilizes wood fibers with sustainably harvested Brazilian Rosewood Oil, preventing checking and cracking. This finish allows the wood to breathe and does not create a surface film that can peel or chip. It provides 99% ultraviolet protection through transoxide pigments and includes a high-grade mildewcide for mold and mildew resistance. Designed for species such as Ipe, mahogany, teak, and Brazilian Redwood, this specific product features a Tigerwood tint and is supplied in a 1-gallon container. It offers coverage of approximately 400 sq. ft. per gallon and dries in 3-4 hours, with a full cure in 4-7 days.
