Product Overview
The Plumbeeze PE-PS-E05 is a 1/2-inch PEX crimp 90-degree elbow manufactured from 304 stainless steel. This fitting is designed for use in potable water distribution and hydronic heating systems, connecting PEX tubing at a right angle. Its 304 stainless steel construction provides heightened corrosion resistance and superior strength compared to conventional brass and poly PEX fittings, making it ideal for environments with high acidity or challenging water quality. The elbow features a sweep design to maximize flow and minimize restriction within the PEX plumbing system. It is certified to ASTM F1807 for metal insert fittings, and also carries NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 and cUPC certifications for lead-free compliance and potable water applications. This fitting is rated for temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and a maximum pressure of 200 PSI, compatible with PEX tubing secured by copper crimp rings or stainless steel pinch clamp
