Product Overview

This CRL U-Channel with Roll-In Top Load Gasket was designed to be used with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass in conjunction with our Patch Hardware, or our Header for Overhead Door Closers with Fixed Sidelites and even our Door Rail System. The design allows it to be surface or recess mounted, with the Top Load Gasketing securing the glass. This multi-functional extrusion comes in five different finishes, and has a family of accessories that facilitate different installations.
The 4" (102 mm) long Aluminum Setting Blocks with Neoprene on the top provide a rigid glass support in the Bottom Channel. They are the proper height to provide 9/16" (14.3 mm) glass coverage in both the Top and Bottom Channels when glazed with the "lift and drop" method.
Roll-In Top Load Gasketing for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass is sold separately in 100' or 500' rolls. End Caps in matching finishes are also available.

Most shipping weights are approximate and have not been verified. Brass Finish Advisory: Although durable, brass is prone to oxidation. It can give brass and brass finishes a tarnished look, regardless of how the hardware is initially packaged or stored. For more information, view the Brass Finish Disclaimer found in the Technical References section below.
