Product Overview
The Single Acting Right Hand Wall-to-Glass Gate Hinge is a component for gate systems, constructed from 316 stainless steel with a polished stainless steel finish. This hinge is designed for wall-to-glass mounting applications, providing a connection for gate systems. It is a single acting, right hand hinge that features a self-closing mechanism, which centers using the downward force of gravity. The hinge is compatible with 3/8" or 1/2" tempered glass. For installation, two 3/4" holes are required for each hinge. The hinge supports a maximum gate width of 42" and a maximum gate weight of 65 lbs. It can be screwed directly to a wall or to a 1.9" diameter post when used with an adaptor plate. Each box includes installation instructions, a cut-out template, and two No.10 x 1-1/2" mounting screws. This hinge is intended for standard gate use and is not designed to meet swimming pool regulations requiring a force closing hinge with at least five pounds of closing force.
