The center tube allows you to change the position of the fender at a moment's notice from vertical to horizontal. Designed for medium-duty use in both permanent protected and unprotected moorings. Features molded-in ribs for puncture and abrasion resistance, reinforced tube ends and even wall thickness for maximum strength and durability, and Polyform's unique vinyl valve system.
