Product Overview
The Pony Jorgensen 1225 Rapid-Acting Band Clamp is designed to secure irregularly shaped, round, polygonal, or square workpieces for clamping and assembly. It features a 15-foot long, 1-inch wide, high-strength nylon strap that provides up to 1000 lbs of clamping force. The rapid-acting mechanism includes an acme threaded screw and aluminum levers for easy tightening and quick release, along with a reversible ratchet. Non-marring 1-inch by 1-inch plastic jaws are included to protect workpiece surfaces and ensure a secure fit on corners. The clamp is equipped with an ergonomic grip handle for comfortable operation.
