CRL SJ110DM Portable Pressure Blaster

CRL Portable Pressure Blaster is prefect for a wide variety of surface preparation. It is ideally used for removing paint, rust, scale, oxidation on various surfaces. It has an impressive abrasive capacity of 90 to 110 lbs. (40.8 to 49.9 kg) provides up to 50 minutes blasting time before refills. Durable wheels and built-in handle allows for easy transport. Steel deadman shut off handle along with adjustable flow valve and pressure relieving ball valve provide the operator with complete control of abrasive blasting. The large 12" (305 mm) diameter tank has an easy-loading recessed top, and the 8" (203 mm) diameter wheels make it easily portable. The tank has a pressure gauge and a pressure relief valve set at 125 PSI (8.6 bars). The ASME Certified tank has a 1.1 cu. feet (31 l) volume capacity. Kit includes a 10' (3 m) abrasive hose, a blasting gun with an automatic shut-off if released or dropped, and two 1/8" (3.2 mm) an done 3/32" (2.4 mm) ceramic nozzles, and protective hood with hard hat. Requires a compressor that can deliver 15 CFM (7079 cm/sec)at 80 PSI (5.5 bars). Important Notes Always wear the proper safety equipment including respiratory protection when sandblasting.
