Product Overview
This Donalds Style electric fence wire tightener, Powerfields model P-SID, is designed to adjust and maintain tension on electric fence lines. It features a hot-dip galvanized strap and a rugged aluminum cog for corrosion resistance and durability. The integrated reinforced polymer insulator eliminates the need for separate post insulators, preventing electrical shorts and ensuring the current remains within the fence line. The tightener can be easily adjusted using a crescent, box, or open-end wrench, simplifying fence maintenance. It is suitable for permanent hi-tensile fence systems and can be installed at the end of a fence run or at a mid-point.
