Prime-Line N 7530 Bi-Fold Door Repair Kit, Fits 7/16 in. Dia Hole, 7/8 in. Outside Diameter Wheel, Spring-Loaded Guides

This bi-fold door repair kit includes replacement parts to repair one 2-panel set of hinged bi-folding doors. The bases of the pivots and guide fit 7/16 in. holes and the top guide features a 7/8 in. outside diameter plastic wheel. A bottom pivot bracket and a pair of door aligners are also included, together with a rubber track bumper. Installation fasteners are included in each package for the bottom bracket and door aligners. Bi-fold door hinges are not included with this kit. These components are used by many bi-folding closet door manufacturers. Tip: In a typical bi-folding closet opening, a pair of bi-folding doors is hung on the left side of the opening and a second pair of bi-folding doors is hung on the right side of the opening (a total of 4 narrow doors hung in left and right pairs). The contents of this kit provides for the repair of only one of those pairs or for 2 of the 4 doors that are hung in a single opening.

• Includes one Prime-Line part N 6545 bi-fold top mount pivot which has a 7/16 in. diameter spring-loaded steel base and 3/8 in. diameter plastic cap
• One spring-loaded Prime-Line part N-6544 bi-fold door top roller guide with a 7/8in. plastic wheel and a 7/16 in. diam. spring-loaded steel base
• One N-6538 pair of non-handed bi-fold door surface aligners to keep the doors aligned and tightly closed. Constructed of steel
• One Prime-Line part N-6696 bottom pivot constructed of a 7/16 in. diameter plastic base with a height-adjusting grooved cone-shaped steel pivot
• Includes one Prime-Line part N-6543 jamb and floor mount pivot bracket, that is a steel base with an adjustable self-lubricating plastic bushing
• Installation fasteners included
• A Phillips head screwdriver is required for installation
