Product Overview
The ProFlex PERTE2-DDC-C is a reducing tee fitting designed for underground gas distribution systems. Constructed from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), also referred to as Pro-Poly, this fitting allows for the connection of three sections of gas piping, with two branches for 1-inch Iron Pipe Size (IPS) and one reducing to 3/4-inch IPS. It features an SDR 11 rating, indicating its standard dimension ratio and suitability for gas pressure applications. This tee is intended for direct burial installations and is compatible with both natural gas and LP gas, meeting ASTM D2513 standards for polyethylene gas pressure pipe, tubing, and fittings, and holds IAPMO safety listing.
