Without adding any chemicals, this system uses a high output UV lamp to disinfect and protect your water to be 99.99% free from harmful microbial cysts and bacteria, as well as viruses, such as E coli, salmonella and legionella. It features a compact axial flow design for improved disinfection and a long-life UV lamp. It is also equipped with an audible/visible lamp change reminder and a lamp failure alarm to ensure your system is always functional and that your water remains safe. The system is easy to service and requires very little maintenance. Designed with a VuCap at one end of the UV lamp, this feature allows you to see the UV lamp operating. With the PUR UV disinfection system, you can have peace of mind that your water is safe to drink and that it has been designed to be easy to install, including the necessary mounting and assembly hardware.
