The PAINTS DYC3151/1 Swimming Pool Paint is designed for concrete, plaster, or marcite surfaces, not vinyl liners. It may not adhere properly or be durable on vinyl. For painting a vinyl pool liner border, a paint specifically made for vinyl or flexible surfaces is recommended.
