The Thaw Rechargeable Hand Warmer & Power Bank works by using a built‑in lithium‑ion battery that can either generate heat (to warm your hands) or supply power to charge devices. It offers three adjustable heat modes and doubles as a portable power bank, but the heating and charging functions cannot be used at the same time.
