No, the Pro-LOK BP201 Schlage key punch/cutter is designed specifically for standard Schlage C section keyways (including C, E, F, G, J, K, etc. classic pin-tumbler keyways) and cuts standard Schlage depth and spacing. It does not support 1468 or master/specialty keyways outside of standard Schlage key blanks.
