Standard 3/8" MPT mini float valves measure approximately 6 inches to 7.5 inches in total length with a float bulb diameter of around 1.5 to 2 inches. Ensure your circular pool canister/well has at least 6 to 8 inches of clearance for the float arm to pivot freely up and down.
