Most “basic” rollators use wheels in the 6″–8″ diameter range. Smaller 6″ wheels are common for indoor models, while 8″ wheels are the industry standard for mixed indoor/outdoor use. Larger 9″–10″ wheels are found on premium or outdoor rollators, but not on basic entry-level designs.
