The 6" Homasote (Homex) product is not a sheet like the standard 4' × 8' boards — it comes as a strip/bundle measuring 6 inches wide × 100 feet long. This makes it suitable for expansion joint filler, sound control strips, or specialty construction applications rather than paneling.
