The red light on the top left of your True HEPA air purifier usually means either the filter needs replacement/cleaning or the air quality sensor is detecting poor air quality. If it’s a filter indicator, you’ll need to replace the filter and reset the light; if it’s an air quality indicator, the purifier is simply telling you the room air is currently polluted and it will clear once the air improves.
