The 3M 08682 1-Part Economical Single Step Primer is primarily used for adhesion of urethane adhesive/sealants to automotive windshields and other glass applications. It is also suitable for touching up minor pinch weld scratches, priming encapsulated glass, and as a blackout primer for UV protection.
