The Nomaco 337-91-1500-1 HBR Closed-Cell Polyethylene Backer Rod acts as a barrier, limiting the depth of cold-applied sealant required and preventing excessive sealant use. It helps cold-applied sealants achieve the optimum hourglass shape, which significantly prolongs the sealant's service life.
