Power venters are designed for side-wall (horizontal) venting or vertical installation straight through the roof/ceiling with appropriate vertical roof termination kits and clearances. A horizontal runs exiting directly through a roof surface is generally not recommended or compliant with manufacturer installation guidelines and local building codes.
