The 58‑inch wood wheelbarrow handles you’re asking about are made by Vulcan, a U.S. brand. They are sold through American hardware chains like Busy Beaver, McCoy’s, and DKHardware, but the actual manufacturing is typically outsourced — most Vulcan replacement handles are produced overseas (often in China) and imported for U.S. distribution.
