To remove Drylok 43213-XCP2 Concrete Floor Paint, follow these steps: Surface Preparation: Clean the concrete surface thoroughly and let it dry. Scrape off any peeled or chipped paint. Apply Paint Stripper: Use a suitable paint stripper (such as Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) or Xylene). Apply the paint stripper according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Allow it to work and soften the Drylok coating. Remove Residue: After the specified time, remove the softened Drylok using a scraper or putty knife. Be thorough in removing all the old paint. Repeat if Necessary: If any residue remains, reapply the paint stripper and repeat the process until the surface is clean. Rinse and Dry: Rinse the area with water to remove any remaining paint stripper. Let the surface dry completely.
