Green
High density polyethylene is used in many different applications in both automotive and non-automotive pieces. It has a waxy feel, like low density polyethylene, but is stiffer and less flexible. You can find HDPE in fender liners, windshield washer bottles and overflow tanks in automotive applications. In non-automotive applications, HDPE is used for ATV fenders, gas tanks, kayaks, canoes, playground equipment and more. HDPE is naturally a translucent white color. Green pigment has been added to this welding rod to get a better match when welding blue HDPE pieces. Each rod is 12 in (30 cm) long and 1/8 in Dia and there are 30 rods in the pack.
