European handcrafted razor sharp fillet knife. The varnished Birch handle and handcrafted blade make this knife instantly recognizable to anglers as one of the most widely used fillet knives. The European stainless steel has been hand ground to a razor sharp edge that will skillfully fillet small to medium fish. A reinforced Birch handle features a contoured grip to give the angler precise control to minimize waste. The included leather Laplander sheath protects the blade and provides a belt loop to keep the knife close at hand. A razor sharp edge can be restored using the included single stage sharpener. For 20 years this traditional European handcrafted fillet knife has been hard to beat.
